(At first I totally spelled brain as Brian in the title. Which kind of proves what I am saying.)
So, here’s a little meme I found which amused me today (how do you say that BTW? is it meme like in ‘theme’ or meme like in ‘them’?)
Meanwhile. In the ongoing quest for my mind to keep me over-occupied and whirring like a degu in a wheel (they’re coming… eventually… the cage is set up and everything. Just waiting for hay, food and erm, well degus)
The bee which decided to buzz around in my bonnet last night was all about http://www.worldbookday.com. Which isn’t even until March 6th.
All I could think about last night though was what I could wear if I was dressing up, as a character from a book. Something that reflected certain aspects of myself and of course, which could easily be pulled out of the bag (or ordered cheaply from ebay – whichever).
This is how my mind works – Last week I lay awake thinking about the height of degu cages and fearing for the literacy inadequate and mathematically challenged children of the community.
Anyway, even though it hasn’t even been agreed yet that we are even doing a costume day (or in fact, anything at all) for World Book Day. Here are a few ideas, most of which, I am several decades too old for to carry off – apart from Haversham of course.

Beware the Grim!
Trouble is with these literary character favourites of mine, most would be a total mystery to the children, and (I should imagine) to some of the adults.
Perhaps I should just go for the comedy element and use it as an excuse to purchase another onesie.
Don’t need one but want it anyway.
